Determinants of Perceived Productivity in Teleworking among Malaysian Employees

This study was conducted to examine the antecedents of perceived productivity in teleworking among Malaysian employees. There are five independent variables, which is IT infrastructure, work flexibility, attitudes toward teleworking, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Causal research, also known as hypothesis testing method, used for this identify effect variables on dependent variable. The researcher purposive judgmental sampling collect data from respondents, survey questionnaires were distributed employees that home. Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) software perform descriptive, reliability regression analysis all collected 141 respondents. results came out positive 3 found significant variable, except attitude towards teleworking. provides understanding about management organisations by highlighting vital teleworkers’ productivity.
